How we got here

1972

M/s. H.N. Singh & Co.

It started with water. Our father founded M/s. H.N. Singh & Co. in Solan, drilling borewells and tubewells for government and commercial projects across North India. The work was demanding and the rule was simple: do it right, or don't do it. That rule still runs the family.

1995

M/s. S.P. Singh & Company

As the work grew, so did the family. We founded M/s. S.P. Singh & Company in Nalagarh, a second water-well drilling business built on the same footing. Two companies now, one way of working.

2011

M/s. Timco Steel Company

Then we moved from drilling into making. M/s. Timco Steel Company, our own plant in Baddi, produces premium TMT bars and steel reinforcement for construction and infrastructure. After forty years running projects, we were now making the materials those projects depend on, and learning how a plant really runs: the quality checks, the sourcing, the daily work of getting it right at scale.

2026

Five decades in, we're going global. M/s. Himarsh Overseas puts everything the family has learned, in the field and in the plant, to work for buyers around the world. We're not chasing quick sales. We're building partnerships that last.
